Male and Female restart




  1. 3 day cleanse
  2. take lower bowel for 3 months
  3. take blood stream for 3 months
  4. take male repro or female repro/hormonal changease for 3 mo.
  5. 6-10 drops black walnut or elderberry tincture to 1 c. herbal tea
  6. Raw veggies and fruit juices daily
  7. 2 chaparral tablets before each meal a day
  8. Eat high potassium foods (see below)
  9. Carrot juice (1 qt. to 1 gallon a day) for 6 days

    When ordering out keep in mind the following:

  • Tell  your waiter/waitress you are celiac/highly allergic to gluten, soy and dairy.
  • Ask  Ask what vegetarian, gluten free options are available. Most restaurants have special menus
  • Order  if all else fails order a salad with no croutons, no cheese and no salad dressing.  Use olive oil and vinegar instead.  Also steamed veggies or baked potatoes are good options.

  • Eat soluable fiber, starchy vegetables or fruits like sweet potatoes, butternut squash and plantain
  • Drink herbal teas like peppermint, licorice root to aid in repairing the mucosal lining of the digestive system.
  • Supplement with amino acid L-glutamine in water between meals to help with gut lining repair (5-8g per day)
  • Supplement with omega 3 and fat soluble vitamin rich fermented cod liver oil/butter oil blend 1/2-1t per day
  • Supplement quercitin a powerful antioxidant to help with inflamation and DGL to promote the repair of the mucosal lining of the gut.
REINOCULATE
  • Eat probiotic foods like raw sauerkraut or fermented foods/vegetables
  • supplement with probiotics in pill or powder form
REINTRODUCE
  • Eat one of the eliminated foods at each of your meals on day 31.  after the elimination and note any changes to your mood, energy, mental clarity, digestive function and your skin.  Repeat the reintroduction of one eliminated food every 3 days to discoer which are causing problems and which are not.  (the reintroduction of gluten containing grails is not recommended

For 2 Weeks:
5 - 5x a day Immuncalm or Astragulus Extract and Marshmellow extract (this helps calm the immune system)
5- 5x a day BFC capsules or BFC ointment rubbed on thyroid (Helps repair damage to the thyroid)
2-3x a day thyroid maintenance capsules with meals

After 2 weeks take the following:
