Male and Female restart




  1. 3 day cleanse
  2. take lower bowel for 3 months
  3. take blood stream for 3 months
  4. take male repro or female repro/hormonal changease for 3 mo.
  5. 6-10 drops black walnut or elderberry tincture to 1 c. herbal tea
  6. Raw veggies and fruit juices daily
  7. 2 chaparral tablets before each meal a day
  8. Eat high potassium foods (see below)
  9. Carrot juice (1 qt. to 1 gallon a day) for 6 days
  10. slippery elm gruel- 1 c. or more each day
  11. comfrey leaf or root tea - 1 c. or more each day
  12. distilled water- 20 min. before/after juice, tea or gruel
  13. cell building tea- 1 c. or more each day
  14. bloostream formula- 1 c. 3x a day
  15. 2 lower bowl 3x a day
  16. 2 relax eze 3x a day
  17. 2 pancreas 3x a day
  18. 2 herbal calcium 3x a day
  19. breath deeply
  20. use only natural clothing
  21. walk or jog barefoot on lawn
  22. 3 oil massage, day 1 & 2 use castor oil 2 min. front and back, day 3 & 4 use olive oil 2 min. front and back, day 5 & 6 use wheat germ oil 12 min. front and back. day 7 rest noting but distilled water, dry skin brushing with hot water followed by cold water.
**always remember to take the supplements for 3 months remembering to take the 7th day off, take for 6 days on.

Spinach 1 c. cooked = 839 mg
swiss chard 1c. = 961mg
mushrooms 1c. = 416 mg
sweet potatoes with skin 1c. = 950 mg
kale 1c. = 299 mg
brussel sprouts 1c.= 342 mg
zucchini w/skin 1c. = 455mg
Green Snap Beans 1c. =233mg
Asparagus 1c. = 271 mg
